ok, so it has been forever since nikki and josh's wedding at marina village and since the first post, but maybe the suspense is a good thing. we loved, loved, loved this wedding party because they were down for some fun, and they brought props. not just some cute props, but props for a fight scene, a la anchorman...

gorgeous bride, handsome groom, a rockin wedding party, weapons for a "fight scene", homemade churros--these are just some of the things that made nikki and josh's wedding fabulous. for the last couple months, i have been anxiously awaiting this wedding, maybe because of the churro cart, or maybe because i just knew it was going to be a ton of fun and provide lots of opportunities for great pictures.

nikki and the girls got their glam on back at the house while the guys played it cool down at the dana in mission beach.

their son cash was so happy to see mommy looking so beautiful...

a few details...



we of course LOVE when couples do a first look because it gives us time to capture so much more goodness. they gave each other personal cards before they saw each other...

josh's response when we asked him if he was going to cry when he saw nikki for the first time...

pure happiness ...

after the first look we had some fun with nikki, josh and the wedding party, but we'll save those pictures for the next post. for now, we'll leave you with some beautiful images of the ceremony, which took place on the north lawn at marina village...
