erin and brad: engaged!
it's always fun to do engagement sessions at a couple different spots, it gives couples a few different looks that they can use not just for their wedding, but as wallpaper in their house. erin mentioned that she loved our black and white photos, so we did a ton of b/w at the park, and at the beach, which turned out very cool.
we met erin and brad at balboa park and then headed over to coronado in hopes of getting sunset pictures. although it looks like we are in the jungle here, we're actually just off the normal photographic path at the park, a nice shaded area where we can get really intimate shots without attracting a crowd.
next we moved on to the beautiful prado buildings and the reflecting pool, which are so architecturally striking.
erin wanted to make sure she got pictures that really said "san diego" so of course we went across the bridge to coronado and got some great pictures of the skyline.
erin mentioned that she liked boats (could it be because brad is in the navy?), so we headed over to the little marina on the bayside of coronado to get some cute pre-sunset pictures.
we never got the sunset (pesky marine layer) but we had a great time and erin and brad got some great pictures to use on their wedding announcements. we wish them all the best for a very happy marriage and a big thank you to brad for serving our country!
