james and i had been looking forward to this wedding since we first met katie and jason, partially because of all the cool details katie talked about and partially because we just totally clicked with them when we met. katie and jason got married on an unusually warm november afternoon at the amazing carmel mountain ranch country club, where eva did a great job working with katie to pull off a fabulous event. a special thanks to summer who coordinated the whole wedding, it was a huge success!a few of my favorite details...

james had a lot of fun with jason and his groomsmen, and loved posing them with their bats, such a cool touch...
the ceremony was held outside in front of the country club and katie chose beautifully bright lavender roses to accent the aisle
i love when couples look really happy after they are married, i think jason might actually be skipping here...
we literally ran out of the ceremony, jumped in a couple golf carts, and raced over to the other side of the golf course to get some pictures before sunset...
some reception details...
the first dance was super-emotional, as were the toasts...
the reception was a huge party, everyone was having such a great time dancing and drinking. we didn't know katie and jason were dancers in their spare time...
